Organizational Change Projects

AMBiT has led organizational effectiveness initiatives for clients ranging from small departments to large divisions. We also provide closely integrated change management during technology and capital projects.

Organizational change projects are especially challenging - on average, only 1 in 10 succeed - and require highly integrated project management. AMBiT provides tested change management expertise in activities ranging from workshop-based counselling, training and facilitation to leadership development and strategic planning, as well as major organizational change. We help clients get funding, plan, manage, communicate and complete both individual projects and programs.
