    Dan Zollmann is an experienced program manager who has successfully delivered a wide variety of challenging capital, organizational change and information technology projects. Specializing in pre-planning and analysis, Dan has spearheaded cost reduction initiatives that have reduced project costs by as much as 50 per cent while maintaining scope. Drawing on best practices from a variety of industries, he has led the development of AMBiT's unique approach to project and program management. Dan is a professional engineer, holds a PMP designation, and is a Prosci certified change management professional.

With 15 years of health sector experience, Nancy has a well-rounded background in business and academic components of Health Informatics, including health system advocacy, performance and evaluation, business analysis, project and change management, academic and market research. Nancy has particular subject matter expertise in telehealth service delivery and an established network of clinical, academic and administrative leaders in the Canadian national telehealth and eHealth communities.     Julia Wu is a project analyst with over two years of experience in AV/IT project management. She coordinated the first phase of renewal of over $11M in videoconferencing technology for UBC's Faculty of Medicine across three distributed universities. Responsibilities included the public procurement of goods and services and the development of the baseline budget as part of this multi-year program. She is currently performing analysis for an island-wide strategy for the use of simulation technology for the Island Medical Program, supporting two scheduling projects --one for Dalhousie University's distributed medical program and the other for the BC Provincial Health Services Authority. She is also remotely managing the installation of VC rooms for the Dalhousie distributed medical program.
