Dan Zollmann MEng, PEng, PMP

Dan Zollmann is an experienced program manager who has successfully delivered a wide variety of challenging capital, organizational change and information technology projects. Specializing in pre-planning and analysis, Dan has spearheaded cost reduction initiatives that have reduced project costs by as much as 50 per cent while maintaining scope. Drawing on best practices from a variety of industries, he has led the development of AMBiT's unique approach to project and program management. Dan is a professional engineer, holds a PMP designation, and is a Prosci certified change management professional.

Emilie Bodu MSc, PMP

Emilie Bodu is an effective project manager and change management specialist with a solid track record on a range of projects with particular expertise on higher education and technology projects. Her strategic planning and analytical skills, coupled with her ability to engage executive stakeholders and lead project teams have contributed to fostering productive working environments and building trust with her clients. Graham Bullen combines over twenty years of specialization in organizational development, change management and facilitation with extensive project management experience. He has worked on four continents and in a wide range of public, private and not-for-profit organizations. His particular focus is addressing the people issues that enable projects to realize intended benefits and organizations to flourish. Graham develops strategic leadership skills within executive teams, facilitates team-building processes and designs organization-wide learning strategies. He has a particular interest in diversity and social justice issues and is passionate about helping organizations achieve sustainable change. Graham has a background in organizational psychology, is a Prosci-certified change management specialist and a PMI-certified Project Management Professional.
Nancy Gabor BA, MSc, PMP

Nancy Gabor is a health information specialist committed to citizen empowerment through improved access to health services and health information. With 15 years of health sector experience, Nancy has a well-rounded background in business and academic components of Health Informatics, including health system advocacy, performance and evaluation, business analysis, project and change management, academic and market research. Nancy has particular subject matter expertise in telehealth service delivery and an established network of clinical, academic and administrative leaders in the Canadian national telehealth and eHealth communities. A natural and effective communicator, Nancy uses best practice change management methods to gain project support and maintain momentum. Araz Hamian is a senior business analyst with particular expertise in project initiation and planning. As a PMI-certified project manager, Araz has led numerous projects and programs through completion, and applies this implementation experience to refine her project analysis work. Sarah Mair BA, GDBA, PMP

Sarah Mair is a certified Project Management Professional and change management specialist with experience leading technology and organizational development initiatives in higher education and the public sector. Her project work includes assignments for the Sauder School of Business and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police/Public Works and Government Services Canada. Sarah holds a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration and has conducted business analysis initiatives for clients including BC Hydro and Circle Craft Co-operative.

Her latest engagements include acting as an Owner's Representative for the installation of over $2M in A/V technology for the UBC Sauder School of Business and managing advanced videoconferencing and audiovisual technology design, procurement, and implementation processes at hospital facilities for the UBC Faculty of Medicine.
Julia Wu BA

Julia Wu is a project analyst with over two years of experience in AV/IT project management. She coordinated the first phase of renewal of over $11M in videoconferencing technology for UBC's Faculty of Medicine across three distributed universities. Responsibilities included the public procurement of goods and services and the development of the baseline budget as part of this multi-year program. She is currently performing analysis for an island-wide strategy for the use of simulation technology for the Island Medical Program, supporting two scheduling projects --one for Dalhousie University's distributed medical program and the other for the BC Provincial Health Services Authority. She is also remotely managing the installation of VC rooms for the Dalhousie distributed medical program.
