Principals

Katya Wilson MBA, PMP

Katya Wilson is a senior consultant with extensive experience in corporate management, project management, business analysis and consulting, teaching and training. Katya's work with clients has aligned potential projects with business objectives and established budgets to ensure objectives are met and solutions delivered in a cost effective manner. Katya's management experience enhances AMBiT's ability to match appropriate resources to projects. Katya combines a BA in economics from Smith College with an MBA from the University of Texas and also holds her PMP designation.

Dan Zollmann P Eng, PMP

Dan Zollmann is an experienced program manager who has successfully delivered a wide variety of challenging capital, organizational change and information technology projects. Specializing in pre-planning and analysis, Dan has spearheaded cost reduction initiatives that have reduced project costs by as much as 50 per cent while maintaining or increasing scope. Drawing on best practices from a variety of industries, he has led the development of AMBiT's unique approach to project and program management. Dan is a professional engineer, and holds a PMP designation.

Randy Bauer

Randy Bauer is a project manager and business analyst with significant experience in technology service delivery, operations, corporate and project management. Randy's expertise includes workflow and business process design, computer room design, infrastructure, product evaluation, procurement and implementation. Randy brings a technical background in electronics with significant management experience.

Brad Birt MBA, PMP

Brad Birt brings strong conceptual skills, communication planning expertise and broad business acumen to effectively develop and manage client projects. Brad’s experiences in the public and private sector inform his commitment to maximising value and delivering projects that make sense in light of broader organisational objectives.

Emilie Bodu MSc, PMP

Emilie Bodu brings to AMBiT a solid background in marketing, doubled with experience working with a software development team, both as a tester and as a technical writer. An efficient event organizer, her ability to find creative solutions gives her an edge in managing successful projects. Emilie demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and has an enthusiastic approach to building client relations.

Nancy Gabor BA, MSc

Nancy Gabor is a health informatics consultant and project manager with expertise in health and public sector strategy, performance management, benefits realization, business intelligence, and market research. She brings a demonstrated understanding of strategic and operational planning, accountability and performance management. Nancy also has a proven expertise in eHealth/Telehealth service strategy, privacy, risk and performance assessment. Nancy has a background in academic research, as well as a decade of experience as a healthcare market researcher. Nancy has studied, lived and worked extensively in a variety of languages and cultures, including the UK, France, Thailand, and Israel.

Araz Hamian PhD, PMP

Araz Hamian is a PMI-certified project manager. She is experienced in dealing with top-tier clients and guiding major projects to successful completion on time and within budget. With a background in large-scale research and development projects, Araz has a solid record of building effective relationships with key clients, managing a wide variety of quality issues, and leading diverse teams in complex project tasks.

Sarah Mair BA, GDBA, PMP

Sarah Mair has worked in both the public and private sectors. Her academic and professional background in business management has reinforced strong analytical and organizational skills. Sarah´s experience in customer relationship management gives her an edge when dealing with the interpersonal aspects of all types of projects.

Teresa Marshall PMP

Teresa Marshall is a PMI-certified project manager with a strong background in technology and construction. She offers her clients superior planning, problem solving and negotiating skills. Accompanied by her acute attention to detail, ability to work with people at all levels of an organization and a hands-on project management style Teresa is able to deliver projects that are both on time and within budget. Teresa’s analytical skills have contributed to significant cost reduction initiatives for numerous clients while consistently maintaining the scope of her projects.

Jaclyn Megens MSc, PMP

Jaclyn Megens has strong quantitative research experience, analytical and problem solving skills. Her educational background and ability to link long-range visions to daily tasks has ensured Jaclyn´s success in achieving ambitious goals. She brings excellent organizational and communication skills to her project work.

Michelle Peñas BSc, PMP

Michelle Peñas is a demonstrated leader who has a solid track record of delivering complex, cross-jurisdictional projects to successful completion. With project management experience in both the profit and non-profit sectors, Michelle has especially exceeded client expectations consulting on strategic information technology assignments. Her strong analytical skills and ability to work with diverse groups lead to a unique approach to problem solving and project management.  Michelle is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is currently obtaining her Master’s degree in International Health Leadership from McGill University.

Robin Prest EIT, B.ASc, PMP

Robin Prest is a project manager with a multidisciplinary approach to problem solving. With a background in engineering physics, dialogue, health care policy and ethics, and participatory needs assessments, he has an extensive toolset to apply to client projects. Robin has implemented projects both overseas and domestically, with a proven track record of maximizing social and economic value for his clients.

Robyn Schell has extensive experience in project management for academic, corporate, and government clients. She is adept at collaborating with others to produce superior results on diverse and innovative projects. She has extensive experience in planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of technology-based education with a focus on health and medical education.

Patricia Tovar BEng, PMP

Patricia Tovar has extensive experience in enterprise software planning and implementation of customer-centric solutions. She has led continuous improvement and value-added projects. Her international expertise in scope management, schedule control as well as prioritization and issue resolution bring a set of skills that allow her to succeed in complex projects.

Alan West-Sadler MBA

Alan West-Sadler is a senior business analyst with considerable experience in corporate management consulting. Formerly a senior financial manager in the IT outsourcing industry, Alan brings to client projects a strategic perspective combined with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. He specializes in working closely with client staff to prepare business plans that reflect client priorities and objectives and provides a sound basis for the decision-making process. Alan brings extensive experience dealing with regulatory issues and policy for both public and private utilities. Alan has a degree in economics and an MBA from Queen's University.

Change Management Practice Lead / Project Manager

Graham Bullen MA (Industrial and Organizational Psychology), PMP

Graham Bullen combines over twenty years specialist experience in organizational development, change management and facilitation, with extensive project management experience. He has worked on projects on four continents and in a wide range of public, private and not-for-profit organizations as well as in higher education. He designs and leads large-scale change management initiatives, develops leadership skills within teams, facilitates complex group processes and designs organizational learning strategies. He has a particular interest in diversity and social justice issues and is passionate about helping organizations achieve sustainable change. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in organizational change and higher education management at the University of Bath, UK.

Josh Alter is a business professional with seven years of private, public and internal client service experience. He is skilled at evaluating and implementing strategic initiatives and service offerings focused on human capital planning, resource management, training programs and operational change. His experience working abroad and partnering with a diverse range of organizations has enabled Josh to hone his communications skills and his ability to think critically and innovatively to deliver results that add value to clients

Colin Bales MBA

Colin Bales has significant business management training and experience working in the public sector with the Ministry of the Attorney General. His extensive academic background has allowed Colin to develop strong situational analysis and problem solving skills. Colin strives for project excellence through clear client communication and efficient project management practice.

Gabriel Rose BCom, MA

Gabriel Rose has experience coordinating complex projects and managing competing stakeholder interests in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. He has significant experience building and implementing recommendations based on extensive research and analysis. As a skilled communicator and team-builder, Gabriel contributes to a positive environment in which stakeholders work together towards the successful completion of common goals.

Adam Simpson BA

As a project analyst, Adam Simpson brings experience working in both the not-for-profit and education sectors. He has worked on a variety of organizational development initiatives including policy creation and analysis, communications, and program development. Adam possesses strong communication and critical thinking skills, and is dedicated to ensuring project success at every level.

Jonathan Cuff BBA

Jonathan Cuff is a project coordinator with a breadth of knowledge in human resource management, organizational development, and social sciences. His ability to communicate creatively and effectively in oral presentations and written documents is an asset to any project. He possesses sound interpersonal skills that enable him to manage diverse groups of people. He has strong analytical abilities in business analysis, science, and technology. 

Michael Kennedy BA

Michael Kennedy is a project coordinator who relies on strong communication skills to form positive, mutually beneficial relationships with individuals in all aspects of a project. He is a creative problem solver whose studies have focused on the qualitative analysis of urban systems. The experience he has gained through working on an array of unique projects enables him to effectively assess project needs.  

Jerry Nguyen BSc

Jerry Nguyen has a diverse background in sales, finance, and social services. She is highly versatile and is adept in confronting obstacles with innovative solutions. With mathematics as her academic discipline, she is equipped with valuable analytical skills. Her strong communication and problem-solving skills are assets to any project.  

Dave Nichol MSc

Dave Nichol is a project coordinator with a unique problem-based, self-directed learning background in health sciences and scientific research. He possesses strong communication and interpersonal talents to facilitate his work with clients. Dave's quantitative research experience and proven critical evaluation skills make him an asset to any project. 

Melanie Roskell EIT, MSc

Melanie Roskell is a project coordinator with a well-rounded background in engineering and sciences. Her work experience in diverse sectors, including scientific research and industrial design and manufacture, has resulted in a distinctive and adaptable skill set that is valuable to any project. Melanie’s effective analytical and communication skills and penchant for efficiency make her an excellent team resource. 

Julia Wu BA

Julia Wu is a project coordinator with a unique academic background, having majored in both mathematics and pre-med. She is a strong communicator, and forms effective relationships with individuals at any level of an organization. Julia's analytic and problem-solving skills and exceptional organizational abilities are an asset to any project.
